Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales professional to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for business development and continued growth in all sectors and will work to maximise revenue.

Essential skills, knowledge & experience

  • 4-6 years' experience in sales, including, 2+ years of stock agency experience, all phases of sales development (prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closing and relationship/account management).
  • Proven record of success in a results-driven environment
  • Previous experience of new business development
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Previous work experience of data analytics and insights
  • Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Willing to travel within reason for client visits
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and able to use computer databases, internet etc.
  • Interested in keeping up-to-date with new developments in the industry

Desirable skills, knowledge & experience

  • Previous management experience
  • Science degree
  • Previous experience of the stock video industry
  • Knowledge of the SPL image collection
  • An interest in all aspects of science and photography
  • Able to work long hours when required

This role is permanent, 35 hours per week. Salary depending on experience.
