Caption: Fish fossil. Rock containing a fossil of a Priscacara hypsacantha fish, a relative of the modern day bass. This specimen was found in the Green River Formation, Kemmerer, Wyoming, USA. This formation dates to around 50 million years ago, during the Eocene epoch. This specimen measures 30 millimetres in length.
