Caption: Pink waxcap fungus (Hygrocybe calpyptriformis) amongst moss. This fungus has become rare in the UK. This is thought to be due to improvements to grassland habitats through the addition of fertiliser and a reduction in grazing. It is considered a priority action species by the UK Biodiversity Action Plan. Photographed in a churchyard in November.
