Caption: Hairy, doughnut-shaped galls on the underside of the leaf of an unidentified rainforest tree. A gall is an abnormal outgrowth or swelling formed by a plant as a result of attack by a parasite. These galls are probably caused (and inhabited) by wasp larvae.
