Caption: Cumulus cloud. Forming at low altitudes (normally below 2000 metres), cumulus clouds consist of water droplets that have condensed after being pushed up on thermals (rising columns of warm air). They often appear at cold fronts, where advancing cold air forces warm air upwards. Photographed in north Finland.
