Caption: Crystals of orange scheelite. Scheelite (calcium tungstate) occurs in a range of colours from yellow to reddish-grey or green. It is an important ore of the transition metal tungsten. This specimen measures 8 x 7 cm and was found in Morro Velho's Mine, Nova Lima, Brazil.
