Gibraltar is the dark coloured peninsula just left of centre. Toward the top is the Mediterranean Sea, at the bottom is the Atlantic Ocean. At bottom left, the large port complex of Cadiz may be seen in the bay protected by a large spit of land. This image was taken by the crew of Shuttle Discovery during Mission STS-56 of 8-17 April 1993.
