Caption: Wild flowers. View of a mixed community of wild flowers including orange sneezeweed, Helenium autumnale, and lupins, Lupinus polyphyllus (violet). Sneezeweed is a herbaceous perennial over a metre high which flowers in late summer to mid autumn. Lupins are also herbaceous perennials, but they flower from late spring to mid summer. Behind them is part of the Maroon Bells mountain range. Photographed in Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness, Colorado, USA.
