Caption: London landscape of a bus and a skyscraper. This is a Route 47 bus in Bishopsgate, London, England. The skyscraper is Tower 42 (formerly known as the NatWest Tower). Tower 42 (25 Old Broad Street) is 183 metres high and has 43 floors. It was designed by the architect Richard Seifert, and the building was completed in 1980. For ten years it was the tallest building in the UK. The tower was damaged by an IRA bomb in 1993, reopening in 1995.
