Influenza research. Technician working in a high security (level 4) isolation cabinet. The cabinet is sealed and the technician works with his hands inserted into heavy duty gloves. The cabinet is under negative pressure, constantly extracting and filtering any contaminated air within it. These cabinets are used for work with the most dangerous of microorganisms, in this case the influenza virus.
