Caption: Angiokeratoma. Dark black benign tumour seen on the skin of a 12 year-old boy known as an angiokeratoma. This is a skin disorder that occurs chiefly on the feet and legs. Black warty growths made of blood vessels and skin cells are seen. Large numbers of angiokeratomas may be an indication of metabolic disease, such as Fabry disease - an inherited metabolic disorder.
