Caption: This composite of 4 coronal (frontal) MRI images of the brain shows the typical appearance of a cerebellar hemangioblastoma. There is a large cyst associated with an enhancing nodule. These tumour-s are common in persons with Von-Hippel Lindau disease. These are benign tumour-s with little propensity towards distant spread. Resection is often curative.
