Caption: Mesh skin graft attached to full thickness burn injury. A piece of skin is taken from the patient and stretched on a special machine to make a little bit go far. This is applied to the burn injury with a dressing. This technique of grafting is used where extensive injury has occurred and there is little to graft from.
