Caption: Lamb's-quarters (Chenopodium album). This is an odourless, branching annual herb that can grow to between 0.3 metres and 1 metre. Between June and October it produces many tiny, green, edible flowers. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, and for that reason Lamb's-quarters has been used to treat symptoms relating to nutritional deficiencies.
