Caption: Threadleaf groundsel, Senecio riddellii, is thought by some to be a form of S. longilobus. It is found throughout much of the western half of TX. Like many other butterweeds it is toxic to cattle, producing liver lesions if eaten. Photo taken in Coke Co., TX.
