Caption: Cardinal flowers. View of two spikes of cardinal flowers (Lobelia cardinalis). These flowers are native to wetlands and damp woods throughout North America. They flower between summer and autumn. The flowers are pollinated by hummingbirds and some species of moth in their native environment.
