Caption: Third Salyut 7 space station crew, on 2nd February 1984, training in a model of the space station at the Gagarin Cosmonauts Training Center, Star City, near Moscow, USSR. From right to left they are: spacecraft commander Leonid Kizim; flight engineer Vladimir Solovyov; and cosmonaut-researcher Oleg Atkov, a doctor. These three Soviet cosmonauts spent nearly 8 months carrying out scientific and technical experiments on the Salyut 7 space station. They launched to the space station in the Soyuz T-10 spacecraft on 8 February 1984, and returned to Earth on the Soyuz T-11 spacecraft, landing on 2nd October 1984.
