Caption: Space shuttle Endeavour receiving post-flight servicing after mission STS-100. Endeavour landed after mission STS-100 at Edwards Air Force Base in California, USA, on 1st May 2001. This photograph was taken on 7th May 2001 as the shuttle was being serviced on the Mate-Demate Device (MDD). The MDD is a large gantry used to lift the shuttle onto its Boeing 747 carrier plane.
