Caption: Nutrition experiment on the International Space Station (ISS) being carried out in June 2007 by a member of the ISS's Expedition 15 crew. This is NASA astronaut Sunita L. Williams, the Expedition 15 flight engineer, who is loading test samples into the Human Research Facility 2 (HRF-2) Refrigerated Centrifuge as a part of the Nutritional Status Assessment experiment in the Destiny laboratory of the ISS. The results of this experiment will be used to study the effects of space flight on human physiology. Williams was part of both the Expedition 14 and 15 crews, and was aboard the ISS from December 2006 to June 2007. Photographed on 1st June 2007.
