Caption: TM-34 Marco Polo mission launch. This mission to the International Space Station launched on 25th April 2002 from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. On board were Mission Commander Yuri Gidzenko, Flight Engineer Roberto Vittori and Flight Participant Mark Shuttleworth. The mission carried supplies to the ISS, and also conducted several scientific experiments in the microgravity conditions of orbit.
