Caption: Oil pipelines and tankers. This oil terminal is located on Vysotsky Island, St Petersburg, Russia. St Petersburg is on Russia's Baltic Sea coast. This is the Lukoil II terminal, with an annual capacity of 11.6 million tonnes of oil. Lukoil (as of 2007) is Russia's largest oil company, and the second largest in the world. Photographed on 5 September 2006, on the day the oil terminal was officially declared open.
