Caption: Interactive computer. Disabled man using the eye access interactive computer system to control systems in his home. He has a small camera mounted on his head which tracks the movements of his eye and translates it into the movements of a pointer on the screen at upper left. This home access system is used to help severely disabled people, who cannot use a mouse or keyboard, to interact with computers. The screen at upper left has four icons on it which allow him to control his telephone, heating, lighting and television. The system also has software for word processing, voice synthesis and games.
