Caption: Delagrange's aeroplane. This early biplane model is being flown by the French aviator Leon Delagrange (1872-1910). Delagrange first flew in 1907. He established several flying records in 1908 and 1909, and received the Legion of Honour in 1909. He was killed in 1910 when he crashed his monoplane at Pau, France.
