Caption: City model of Sydney. Researcher working on the construction of a 1:240 scale model of the city of Sydney, Australia, that will be used in a wind tunnel test. This test is designed to examine the effects of wind on the proposed Qantas Centre, the tall skyscraper at centre next to the researcher. The skyscraper will eventually reach a height of 185 metres. Qantas is an Australian airline company. Photographed in 1969, at the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, UK.
