Caption: Unidentified jellyfish in the Red Sea. Sometimes called a flying medusa for the seemingly effort- less and rhythmical way it "flies" through the water. This movement occurs when it pulsates the hood of its "umbrella". The jelly is a transparent layer seen in the crown of the umbrella. Jellyfish are divided into eight indented lobes, with tenta- cles hanging off the lobe edges. Pink gonads (or reproductive organs) can be seen in the body.
