Caption: Tube anemone. The long tentacles (upper centre) of this anemone or cerianthid are used to grab and paralyse prey with their stinging cells (nematocysts). Smaller inner tentacles are used to drag prey into its mouth (not seen). It feeds on small fish, crustaceans and zooplankton. Photographed off Vava'u, Tonga.
