Caption: Small nettle weevil (Cidnorhinus quadrimaculatus). This species of weevil is 2-3mm long. It is characterized by a long curved rostrum bearing two antennae. It lives exclusively on stinging nettles (Urtica dioica) with the larvae feeding on the roots and rhizomes.
