Caption: Humpback snappers. School of humpback snappers (Lutjanus gibbus) over a coral reef. These tropical fish are found in deep lagoons and seaward reefs in the Indo-Pacific region. They feed at night on a wide variety of crustaceans, other invertebrates, and small fish. They grow to 50 centimetres in length. Photographed off North Pass, at Fakarava Atoll, French Polynesia, in the Pacific Ocean.
