Caption: Yellowfin goatfish. Shoal of yellowfin goatfish (Mulloidichthys vanicolensis) over a coral reef. These fish inhabit coral reefs in the tropical Indo-Pacific region. They form shoals during the day but hunt alone, for small worms and crustaceans, at night. They reach lengths of nearly 40 centimetres. Photographed at the Tetamanu Pass, Fakarava Atoll, French Polynesia, Pacific Ocean.
