Caption: Loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta) feeding at an oil rig. This endangered sea turtle feeds mainly on sponges, crustaceans, and molluscs, but may also eat algae. Spanish hogfish (Bodianus rufus) are swimming near the turtle's mouth to scavenge scraps of food. Photographed at High Island 179 oil rig, in the Gulf of Mexico.
