Caption: Bat-eared fox (Otocyon megalotis) camouflaged in dry grassland. This fox inhabits savannah and plains in eastern and southern Africa. It lives alone or in small packs, feeding on termites, lizards, rodents and other small animals. It reaches a length of up to 60 centimetres, excluding its tail. Photographed in the Kalahari Gemsbok National Park, South Africa.
