A locked off shot showing Skylab 1 astronaut Pete Conrad works with his pressure suit preparing to climb into it for a space walk. He is assisted by Joseph Kerwin who helps to zip him up and connect his life support pipes and cables. With Pete inside his suit he then helps Joseph to get into his suit. The pair then connects themselves to their PLSS packs (Personal Life Support System) and put their communications Snoopy caps on. Around eight minutes into the clip they put their helmets on, locking them into the neck rings. Ten minutes or so in Kerwin floats up close to the camera to adjust it, giving us a good view of his suit. The pair ends the clip by taking off their helmets again.
