Caption: Djedptahiufankh mummy. Mummified hands of the Egyptian prince Djedptahiufankh. Djedptahiufankh was known as the Fourth Prophet of Amun, during the reign of Shoshenq I (943-922 BC), founder of the 22nd Dynasty. He was the son of a priest and one of the most important state officials at Thebes at that time. Photographed in the Royal Mummy Hall of the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, Cairo, Egypt.
