Caption: Bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) leaping high out of the water. This dolphin is found in all of the world's seas with the exception of the polar oceans. Its main prey is fish, which it catches during agile underwater chases. It commonly frolics around ships and seems to enjoy human company, showing no fear. Photographed in the Gulf of California.
