Caption: Black macaques (Macaca nigra) mating, while the rest of the troop flee the cameraman. This macaque inhabits north-eastern Sulawesi, Indonesia. It live in groups of up to 25 individuals, with around four times as many females as males. It is known for its extremely promiscuous behaviour, with both sexes mating regularly with multiple partners. It feeds on mainly fruits, and is know to raid farms and plantations.
