Caption: The Snowflake Clownfish, Amphiprion ocellaris, is a colour variation of this common, Indo-Pacific Clownfish. They inhabit calm lagoon waters and live symbiotically with anemones. The clownfish is protected by the stinging cells of the anemone and in return, deposits small pieces of food in the anemones tentacles. These fish are monogamous. Photographed in 2010.
