Caption: Bowen's disease, a rare skin disorder on patient's penis. Bowen's disease, also known as pre-invasive squamous cell skin cancer, is a growth confined to the outer layer of skin. It is thought to develop partly as a result of long-term sun exposure and is potentially malignant. The regular shaped, red scaly lesions are removed surgically or destroyed by freezing or cauterization (heat treatment).
