It measures 365.5 metres long and can carry 14,000 tonnes of fuel, which allows a complete rotation of Hamburg - Shanghai - Hamburg, via the Suez Canal on one tank. This diesel engine alone weighs 2,300 tonnes. It is the most powerful ever built (as of 2012) developing a power output of 108,920 hp and allowing a speed of 24 knots.
