Caption: Venus. Radar image showing part of Sedna Planitia in the northern hemisphere of Venus. The are seen here is about 1100km wide and 850km high and displays large flow features though to be ancient lava flows. The data for this image were gathered by the Soviet Venera-15 spacecraft in orbit around Venus between October 1984 and July 1985.
