Small red damselfly. Erythrogastrum form of a female small red damselfly (Ceriagrion tenellum) on a leaf. This small damselfly is often found flying around heathland bogs and streams. Usually the female has a bronze-black abdomen with only the front and back of it red. However, in this very rare erythrogastrum form the female has an entirely red abdomen just like the male. Photographed in Dorset, UK, in July.
