Muscle wasting of the legs and retracted toes of a claw foot (at left) in Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease in an adult male patient. This inherited form of muscular dystrophy affects the peripheral nervous system and muscle tissue and touch sensation in different parts of the body is progressively lost.
