Caption: Pranav Mistry demonstrating SixthSense. Indian computer scientist Pranav Mistry (b. 1981) demonstrating SixthSense, the wearable gestural interface that he invented. SixthSense is composed of an LED projector and webcam (both worn around the neck), which are connected to a smartphone in the user's pocket. The webcam and projector act as sensors, detecting the user's hand gestures, and the projector is also used to project content onto surfaces. Photographed at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Media Lab, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
