The lights on the left are energy efficient LED bulbs of different designs, the fourth bulb is a coiled fluorescent tube, and the bulb on the far right is a standard incandescent lamp using a tungsten filament. Each colour band corresponds to a specific energy of photon released by electrons jumping to different energy levels.
