Caption: A clan of spotted Hyenas (Crocuta Crocuta) confronting a male Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) at Chudop waterhole in Etosha National Park, Namibia, Southern Africa. Hyenas seldom hunt Kudu and this clan managed to surprise and chase the Kudu into the waterhole at night. They then surrounded the Kudu after it had tried to leave the waterhole in daylight.
