Caption: The 210 meters long wave transmission masts at Droitwich, Worcestershire, U.K. The station was established in 1934 to broadcast for the BBC. Two smaller masts broadcast medium wave radio. The salt halite deposit below the masts provide a good ground earth and increase signal strength.
