This is a rare malignancy (cancerous growth) arising from the epithelial skin cells around the vulva. It most commonly occurs in Caucasian women post-menopause. Treatment is by surgical excision of the growth. Cells stained with HES stain. Magnification: x1100 when printed at 10cm wide.
