Caption: Hodgkin's lymphoma. Computed tomography (CT) scan showing enlarged cancerous lymph nodes in the chest of a 31-year-old male patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma. The enlarged lymph nodes (adenomegalies) appear light grey and are located in the area between the lungs (black). Hodgkin's lymphoma is a malignant (cancerous) growth of white blood cells (lymphocytes). The most common symptom is swollen, non-painful lymph nodes in the upper body, but it can also develop in other organs and tissues. It is most common in young adults and those over 50. Treatment is with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
