Bioscience microchips, IBM research. IBM scientist Emmanuel Delamarche handling a silicon wafer that is being used in bioscience research. Delamarche leads research in the Experimental Biosciences department at IBM Research-Zurich, Switzerland. His research includes microtechnology and using surface chemistry and biochemistry to solve problems in biology and medicine.
