Caption: Location of Opportunity rover on Mars. Satellite image of the 'Murray Ridge' section of the western rim of Endeavour Crater on Mars. North is toward top. This region was the location of NASA's Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity on 14 February 2014 (when this image was obtained). The rover is just left of centre. The area shown is around 400 metres across. As of this date, Opportunity had driven 38.74 kilometres since landing on Mars in January 2004. This image was obtained by the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) instrument on NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) satellite.
