Caption: Costa Concordia ship. Satellite image of the Costa Concordia cruise ship after being righted following its capsizing off the coast of Isola del Giglio, Italy. This Concordia-class cruise ship was built in Italy in 2004. It was wrecked off the coast of Isola del Giglio on 13th January 2012 after hitting a rock. Salvage efforts meant it was brought back to a vertical position on 17th September 2013 in preparation for towing. Imaged by the Pleiades satellite, on 16th September 2013.
